Background

Today's organization evolved from Inspired-Search, which was founded by Edwin Tuyn at the end of 2007. After working as a freelance exectutive searcher for a number of years, the opportunity arose for him to expand on his vision of the role played by the human factor in the supply chain.
Motivated by existing assignments for senior executives and professionals and the ever increasing demand for talent and high potentials, Edwin decided to launch Inspired-Careers with Marielle van Gastel, who is Managing Partner of this organization.
In January 2011, the organization was strengthened by Oskar Verkamman who joined the team as Managing Partner. At Inspired-Search, Oskar is involved in executive search assignments, but focuses primarily on the development of Inspired-Professionals. This organization is a partnership between Inspired-Search and Involvation where they combine the people-oriented approach of Inspired-Search with the problem-oriented approach adopted by Involvation in order to achieve a maximum and long-term result for the clients.
Given the activities Inspired-Search engage in as a sparring partner for both candidates and clients, Inspired-Search is increasingly being asked to provide individuals and organizations with temporary support in a coaching capacity. Inspired-Coach emerged from here to give further shape to these coaching activities.
