SPIN-OFF

Inspired-Careers is a spin-off of Inspired-Search and focuses on the search and selection of High Potentials and Young Professionals with (post-graduate) degrees from universities of applied sciences and/or academic qualifications.

HIGH POTENTIALS and CAMPUS RECRUITMENT

'The youth are the future' but even more importantly 'The youth will determine the future'. Young graduates with a bachelor or master degree can bring about changes in an organization. Well-educated talent have a fresh outlook and new ideas. They have a lot go energy and want responsibility.

Inspired-Careers identifies these high potentials while there are still studying and advises them on their career opportunities. Naturally Inspired-Careers also brings them in contact with interesting and interested employers.

YOUNG PROFESSIONALS

Although high potentials are sometimes able to progress within one particular organization, there will be other- now young professionals- that find that their employers are unable to offer them the right possibilities, or who want to familiarize themselves with other types of companies. Inspired-Careers coaches these young professionals in their careers, making it possible for them to make the best second and/or third careers step choices, to continue to add value to the organizations for which they work and to strengthen the basis for their future careers.
