During the selection process, Inspired-Search's preferred choice is to schedule one or more personal interviews with a candidate. However, where travel distances make this difficult, we are able able to use webcam and VoIP to gain the best possible impression of a candidate and to provide him or her with accurate and relevant information about the position and client.
Inspired-Search is also certified to produce a Personal Profile Analysis of candidates, which van be shared with the client after the candidate's permission.
In these interviews, but also during and after the selection process, Inspired-Search act as a sparring partner for candidate and provides advice on a number of different subject, including career development.
